EVENT AND TOUR TICKETS:

  • All rates are in dollars and cents and are payable in U. S. Money, Visa, MasterCard, and personal check.
  • Cancellations and Refunds
    • If you have paid in full and cancel more than 10 days prior to event/tour date, a partial refund of 50% of the full ticket amount will be issued.
    • If canceled less than 10 days prior to booking start date, no refund will be issued. The ticket may be changed to a different date as long as a Great Falls Trolley staff member approves it and space is available on the new requested day/time.
  • Great Falls Trolley reserves the right to refuse service or transport persons exhibiting objectionable, illegal, or dangerous behavior. Persons exhibiting any of these behaviors will be dropped at the nearest public place at discretion of the driver.
  • Passengers will be fully liable for any damage to vehicle caused by passengers beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Smoking, weapons, and illegal drugs are prohibited on the trolley.
  • All passengers must remain seated at all times
  • The Great Falls trolley is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the use of the trolley
  • Great Falls Trolley is not responsible for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, road conditions, inclement weather, and conditions beyond its control.

CHARTERS:

  • All rates are in dollars and cents and are payable in U. S. Money, Visa, MasterCard, and personal check.
  • Maximum seating capacity on the trolley is 20
  • The trolley is limited to use within the city of Great Falls, Montana
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the trolley. Deposits must be made no later than 10 working days before the charter date.
  • Cancellations must be made no later than 10 working days before the charter date.
    • The charter deposit of $75.00 is non-refundable.
    • If you have paid in full and the charter is canceled more than 10 days prior to booking start date, a partial refund of 50% of the full rental amount (minus deposit) will be issued.
    • If canceled and you have only paid the reservation deposit, no refund is issued.
    • If canceled less than 10 days prior to booking start date, no refund will be issued
  • In case of emergency, the rental date/time may be changed as long as a Great Falls Trolley staff member approves it and the trolley is available on the new requested day/time.
  • Full payment must be made before the scheduled charter date.
  • Great Falls Trolley reserves the right to refuse service or transport persons exhibiting objectionable, illegal, or dangerous behavior. Persons exhibiting any of these behaviors will be dropped at the nearest public place at discretion of the driver.

  • Alcoholic beverages and food may be allowed if cleared with Great Falls Trolley staff prior to charter date. No alcohol may be consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age. Violation will result in early termination of the trip.

  • The client assumes responsibility for any overtime charges and authorizes the Great Falls trolley to provide an invoice for related overtime fees
